Do you offer returns?

Certainly. If you have changed your mind, simply package the unopened items and post them back to us. You will be responsible for the postage cost to return your order to us. To ensure your package arrives safely, please use a tracked postal service.

My Fryd Air seems a little deflated.

Fear not! In part, Jacques Charles is to blame due to Charles's law, otherwise known as the law of volumes. As your fresh Fryd Air is prepared and bagged up it is still lovely and warm. As your Fryd Air cools down it looses volume, so it might appear that the bag is empty. The opposite is true.

If you look closely you will see that there are literally billions of Fryd Air molecules floating around inside.

The fact of the matter is that your Fryd Air has simply condensed a little. To fix this, simply pour the contents of your Fryd Air bag into an air fryer of your choosing and heat for 3.333 seconds at 180ºC. Bosch!

Can I binge on Fryd Air?

No. In fact, studies suggest that the more you replace regular oil fried snacks with Fryd Air, the healthier you become.

Is Fryd Air gluten-free, vegan, and keto-friendly?

Absolutely! It’s also paleo, Whole30, and approved by literally every diet ever. It's a WIN, WIN, WIN!

What flavours does Fryd Air come in?

We currently offer a variety of deliciously intangible flavours, including Caribbean Wind, Exotic Waft, Himalayan Breeze, Paradise Puff, Gourmet Gust and Essence of Space. There is also an exclusive Premium flavour, only available to Fryd Air Premium customers.

Do you ship internationally?

Of course! Fryd Air is so lightweight, we did consider offering the option of delivery by wind.

What if my bag arrives empty?

That means it’s perfectly preserved! But if you’re concerned, just open it, give it a good shake and take a deep breath - we promise it’s there.
